Welcome to Hanuman Temple Goshala, San Diego. By accessing or using this website, making a donation, purchasing a product, or booking an event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Charitable Contributions
Products listed under the “Charitable Contributions” category are voluntary donations made to support the sacred mission of Hanuman Temple Goshala.
No goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable contributions unless explicitly stated. Donation receipts are issued via email after successful payment processing.
All contributions are subject to applicable U.S. tax laws. Donors are advised to consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
3. Event Bookings & Seva Services
Bookings for events such as Cow Interaction, Go-Pooja, Godaana, and similar services are subject to availability.
- Advance booking is recommended.
- Temple reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or religious obligations.
- Participants must follow all temple and Goshala guidelines.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
The temple reserves the right to deny participation if safety or conduct guidelines are not followed.
4. Sacred Products (Pickup Only)
Products such as cow dung for garden or pooja use are available for temple pickup only unless otherwise stated.
- No shipping is currently offered.
- Customers must coordinate pickup via email at [email protected].
- All products are provided in good faith without warranty.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and PayPal. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable.
For event bookings or services, refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of the temple administration.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in temple events, Goshala visits, and cow interaction activities is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks.

8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts website operations.
